Equal access and respectful treatment
SkyFall is committed to respectful treatment and equal access to its programs, services and activities. SkyFall does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age or another status protected by applicable law.
Program decisions
Program and service decisions are based on the information needed to determine whether SkyFall can appropriately meet a person’s needs within the program’s scope. A student does not have to be suspended to be referred to the Student Success Program.
Communication access
A person who needs an accommodation or another way to communicate may contact the Program Director at 419-973-8827. Explain the communication barrier and what support would help. Do not send private student or health records through the public website form.
Raise a concern
To ask a question or raise a concern about discrimination or access, call Patience Roberts-Boddie, Program Director, at 419-973-8827. Share enough information for the team to understand the concern and follow up, while keeping sensitive student or health information out of voicemail and the public website form.
